摘要/Abstract

Abstract: A new fungus strain 2246, isolated from soil, was screened and found to be able to transform ginsenoside Rg₁. We separated and purified the biotransformation product from the fermentation broth, then confirmed it as ginsenoside F¹ by MS, ¹³C NMR and HPLC. The active strain 2246 was identified as Penicillium sclerotiorum by morphological and molecular biological methods.
