摘要: In order to stimulate the development of new sources of antioxidant compounds, we focused on the hawthorn seeds. Two new phenylpropanoids threo-7S,8S-7-ethyoxysyringylglycerol (1) and erythro-7S,8R-7-ethyoxysyringylglycerol (2) along with six known phenols (3-8) were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction. The structures were determined by spectroscopic analyses, especially NMR, HRESIMS and CD spectra. All isolates were tested for their antioxidant abilities against DPPH and ABTS radicals, and compounds 1-5 showed moderate DPPH radical scavenging activity and potent ABTS radical scavenging activity.
