Structural determination of taxacin from the twigs and leaves of Taxus cuspidata Sieb. et Zucc. using 2D NMR spectral methods

Abstract: A compound was isolated from the twigs and leaves of Taxus cuspidata Sieb. et Zucc. and identified as taxacin. Its structure was based on 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectral methods. For the first time, proton and carbon signals were assigned by means of 2D NMR techniques including HMBC and HMQC.
