A pharmacognostic study of Syringae Cortex

Abstract: It is necessary to study the pharmacognositic characteristics of Syringae Cortex in order to update the content of the Chinese
Pharmacopeia. Syringae Cortex was identified by morphological and microscopic identification techniques, and the results
obtained are described in detail. This study provides evidence for the identification of Syringae Cortex, and can be added to the
information contained in the Chinese Pharmacopeia 2015 edition.
