Abstract: Traditional Chinese Medicine plays an increasingly important role in cancer treatment for the property of the complex components and multi-targets. Harrisonia perforata, belonging to Simarubaceae family, was proved to be effective to cure cancer, but the action mechanism is unclear. In this paper, we utilized molecular docking and network analysis to find out the active ingredients of H. perforata and the potential target proteins involved in liver cancer, which is meaningful for the further research of liver cancer.
