Abstract: Daphne aurantiaca Diels belongs to the Daphne L.genus of Thymelaeaceaen family and flavonoids, terpenoids, lignans, phenylpropanoids are the main chemical components isolated from this plant. And the extracts of Daphne aurantiaca Diels have been reported with multiple pharmacological activities, such as anti-prostate cancer, anti-HIV, anti-microbial et al. and good development prospects, which have drawn enormous attention. However, its system-level researches of drug-target associations are not enough. Here we employed molecular docking and network pharmacology methods to predict the effective compositions of Daphne aurantiaca Diels and its potential target proteins against prostate cancer.
