Abstract: A phytochemical investigation of 80% EtOH exact of Isatis indigotica Fortune leaves yielded ten lignans (1–10), including six furofurans lignans (1–6), one arylnaphthalenes lignans (7) and three tetrahydrofurans lignans (8–10). Their structures were determined by HRESIMS spectroscopic data and extensive NMR analyses. Among them, compounds 6, 9 and 10 were isolated from the genus of Isatis for the first time.
