摘要: The objective of this paper was to establish an efficient method for quality control of Compound Danshen Tablets (CDST). A simple and reliable high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed both for multi-wavelength fusion fingerprint and quantitative determination. Off-line antioxidant assay was performed to predict the antioxidant activity of CDST using partial least squares (PLS) model. The present approach was powerful and reliable, which can be employed for comprehensively evaluate the quality consistency of traditional Chinese medicines (TCM).
